Miscellaneous Payments
This link may be used to pay for anything including the CPR class, the Saturday only price, or more than one person at a time for registration costs. PLEASE make sure to note precisely what the payment is for in the note section of the form. (IE: 2 XL DR t-shirts, Husband and Wife registration, CPR class etc)

This is for you if you cannot make it on Friday but will attend 1 ore more classes on Saturday
CPR+AED+1st Aid $15.00
the licenser of this training requires a $15.00 fee. You will still pay the normal Roundtable cost as well. We will be collecting this at the registration desk when you enter the main doors of the worship center, or you may bring a check or cash to class. For your additional $15.00 you will receive nationally standardized training from a highly qualified instructor as well as a certificate of completion via email once the results are authenticated.
