UPDATE: September 11, 2026, The NW Baptist D.R. Response to the Spokane Fires is completed. Thank you for your prayers and participation that made it possible. Please continue to pray for those impacted.
In the wake of numerous fires this summer, Northwest Baptist churches opened their doors providing support, encouragement, and hospitality to evacuees and first responders. As the fires were extinguished, the real work of recovery is just beginning. In the weeks and months ahead, families will be returning to damaged properties, assessing losses, and taking the first difficult steps toward rebuilding their lives. This is where the Church can make a lasting difference.
You can help in three simple ways:
Pray for the families affected, for first responders, and for the many volunteers who will be serving during recovery efforts.
Give to support disaster relief and recovery ministries that are helping meet both immediate and long-term needs.
Go. Volunteer with Northwest Baptist Disaster Relief and become part of a team that helps local churches be the hands and feet of Jesus during times of disaster. Fill out our Google Form to sign up: https://forms.gle/ioQEKgwjW7Z5XgL18
Together, we can bring Help, Hope and Healing to our neighbors when they need it most.
